Order Processing Time
Verification of order details, purchasing, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving payment. If you have special circumstances or requirements, please leave a message in the designated field when adding items to your cart.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We currently only ship to the US, UK and some European countries. Orders will be shipped from our warehouses in the US, UK and Germany, depending on proximity to your shipping address. If you do not receive the items within 7 business days, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs
USA and Canada charge $10 shipping fees for orders under $29 and free shipping for orders over $29.
European countries charge $15.97 shipping fees for orders under $29 and free shipping for orders over $29.

Once your order exceeds $29.99, you can use the free shipping service within the United States and european countries.

We support expedited shipping.
Tax and Duty
We don't charge any tax for all users on our website. No tax in all areas of the U.S. and European countries.
Orders and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. You may cancel your order or change your shipping information up to midnight on the day you place your order. 6 hours later, we will process your order for stocking, packing and shipping, which usually takes 1-2 business days. After processing, you will receive an email “Shipping Confirmation”.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another “Shipping Update” email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after receiving the “Shipping Update” email. There may be a few days between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected receipt date.
Shipping Disclaimer
- ORDER UPDATES: Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to it. This means that we cannot update the shipping address, shipping method or items in your order.
- Verify your shipping address: Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We will not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages: Once your order is shipped, we have no further control over the delivery. If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or misplaced, we recommend that you file a claim with the courier.
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as “delivered”. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office and file a claim.
- Tracking Number: You can find the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be verified.
- Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.
- Our Distribution Centers: Orders may be shipped from our Domestic Distribution Centers or International Distribution Centers, depending on current inventory.
